Shipping policy

USA ORDERS

All domestic orders are handled by the United States Postal Service. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and handling. During high-volume periods, such as right after a release or the holidays, processing times may be delayed to 1-2 weeks. However, we always try our best to get items to you in a timely manner. On occasion and for specialty releases, such as made-to-order products, we may state a different shipping timeline on individual product pages.

Please note, some domestic orders over $300.00 may require a signature for delivery.

We fulfill all orders from Los Angeles, CA. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after the order has shipped, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. International orders typically ship 1-2 weeks after an order is placed depending on the service requested.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS, depending on the order size. United States Postal Service and UPS delivery usually does incur customs fees depending on your respective country's policies. Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping price. United States Postal Service and UPS packages typically ship within 1-2 weeks of an order being placed.
